What’s included in the GluteGlow™ Trio?

Each set includes three premium fabric resistance bands:

  • MintFlex™ (Light Resistance)

  • BubbleBurn™ (Medium Resistance)

  • PowerGlo™ (Heavy Resistance)
    They come in a portable mesh pouch so you can train anywhere — home, gym, or on the go.

What are the resistance levels?

Our bands are made to grow with your glutes:

  • MintFlex™: Beginner-friendly

  • BubbleBurn™: Intermediate burn

  • PowerGlo™: Advanced sculpt & lift
    All levels are labeled on the bands and tested for durability.

Are the bands non-slip?

Yes! GluteGlow™ bands feature a non-slip inner grip that keeps them in place during every squat, hip thrust, or side step — no rolling or bunching.

Can I use them if I’m a beginner?

Absolutely. Our bands are perfect for all fitness levels, and we recommend starting with MintFlex™ if you're just getting started.

How do I clean my bands?

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap. Air dry only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry to preserve elasticity.

How long does shipping take?

  • UK orders: 7 - 14 working days

  • International orders: 10 - 15 working days

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship worldwide 🌍. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I return or exchange the bands?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on resistance bands. However, if there's an issue with your order, reach out to our team at support@gluteglow.com and we’ll make it right.
